Delete it yourself, in the app
This is the fastest route and needs no contact with us.
- 1Open Saundarya AI and go to Profile
- 2Scroll to Account
- 3Tap Delete account
- 4Confirm - you will be asked to type DELETE, because this cannot be undone
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Your reports cannot be recovered afterwards, by you or by us.
Or ask us to do it
If you cannot access the app - a lost device, a forgotten password - email contact@saundaryaai.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".
We may ask one question to confirm you own the account. We will not ask you why, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

What is deleted
- Every photograph you have submitted
- Every report and all scan history
- All facial analysis data derived from your images
- Your name, email address and password hash
- Your app preferences and settings
What we have to keep
Two categories survive deletion, both for legal reasons rather than commercial ones. Neither contains your photographs.
- Payment and tax records
- Retained as long as tax and companies law requires, typically 8 years. Contains transaction amounts and dates, not images
- Backups
- Purged on the ordinary backup cycle, no later than 90 days. Not accessible for normal operations in the meantime
Cancel your subscription first
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google - those live in the store, not with us. Cancel there first, or you may continue to be charged for a service you can no longer sign in to.
Subscriptions billed directly by us are cancelled automatically when the account is deleted.
Take a copy first
If you want your reports before they go, email contact@saundaryaai.com and ask for an export. We will send a machine-readable copy of your data within 30 days, free of charge. Ask before you delete - afterwards there is nothing left to export.
