Nothing is shipped
Saundarya AI sells access to a software service. There is no physical product, no packaging and no courier. This page exists because payment processors require a stated delivery policy, and because you are entitled to know exactly when you get what you paid for.
We will never ask for a shipping address, and we do not charge delivery fees of any kind.
When you get access
- Subscription activation
- Immediately on successful payment, typically within seconds
- If the payment is pending with your bank
- As soon as the bank confirms, usually within 24 hours
- Your report
- Generated on demand, normally in under a minute per scan
Access appears in the app on the account that made the purchase. You may need to pull to refresh, or sign out and back in, if the app was open while the payment completed.
If access does not arrive
- 1Check that you are signed in to the account you paid with - this is the most common cause by far
- 2Pull down to refresh the Profile screen
- 3If it still has not appeared an hour after payment, email contact@saundaryaai.com with the payment reference
If we cannot deliver access at all, the payment is returned in full. You will not be left having paid for something you never received.
Where the service is available
The app is available wherever the Apple App Store and Google Play distribute it. Because delivery is digital, there are no regional shipping restrictions or customs charges.
