What you are actually paying for
A subscription buys unlimited analyses. It does not buy a guaranteed result, a medical opinion, or any particular finding - reports are automated estimates with a stated confidence, and the medical disclaimer explains the limits.
Cancellation and refunds
Payments are final. Your first report is free so you can judge the product before spending anything, and you can cancel at any time - you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
Genuine billing errors - a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, access never delivered - are corrected in full. The cancellation and refund policy sets out the detail.
